@timwhiteway Indeed they do. They gave me wrong info re: my insurance claim, but u can rarely find a helpful person, all sorted now. [cjsimmons]

Chris wishes that big companies would give the correct information the 1st time. ie: phone damage report takes up to 10 working days, NOT you will have your phone back in 12 days. Sucks being given the wrong info then hung up on when questioning why the wrong info was given!!!
