Early Christmas…
In my last post I mentioned that my wife and I are going away on Monday for two weeks, so today we are celebrating Christmas with my family. As we look after my neice and nephew a lot, we decided to buy them a swing set for as their present. The only downside is that I had to assemble it myself. No worries, I’ve become quite the DIY expert since we brought our house.
It was rather easy to put together, but the trickiest part was the slide. It was just so awkward to work with, and I think that some of the parts are not aligned properly. Below is a photo of the finished product.
Looks good. You know if you get crooked parts there is not much you can do
It points down, so they will love it anyway.

Yeah, I knew that, sorta annoying, but what can you do. They did love it and had heaps of fun.
