		<description>Hi Will, I'm just using a standard internal 56k modem and connected it to my phone line as you would normally do.

I'm not sure about a more advance plugin, I don't have the need for transferring or conference calls, but still, it would be interesting to know.</description>

Also, is there a more advanced phone plugin for outlook that can transer, conference etc?
