Here are some photo from my father in-law took just after the torrential rain.
These are just a few photos from around the place, but doesn’t show some of the worst. There is a housing estate a short drive from here and they had about 3 feet of water through all the homes. It was sad to see everyone there moving all their furniture and other personal effects out to the footpath and into bins.
My in-laws also lost a huge chunk from their retaining wall. Below are some photos.
These photos don’t really show the scale of this. This is going to be pretty costly to fix.
